Would be nice to have an accountability buddy for daily support and encouragement in our weak times. We can even connect by messenger, WhatsApp or text. Anyone up for it?

I can really do with an accountability buddy. I'm struggling to get my eating under control & the more I stress about it the more I eat. My friends tell me to "just stop eating" but it's not that easy2
