@oh_jackie I will just add my bit to what so many have said – don’t give up.
Maintenance can be just as hard as losing weight and you don’t have the reward of seeing the scales go down. Try to focus on the other “rewards” – feeling better, getting fitter, more energy etc.
Maintenance is all about yo-yoing but on a smaller range. If you check out the maintenance threads you will find that most of us have a range of +/- x lbs either side of our ideal weight. My range is 48 – 50 kg. You know you can lose weight, you have the tools, and you have a supportive group to cheer you on. So reset, and good luck.
My problem is holidays – but obviously this hasn’t been an issue in the last 12 months of Covid restrictions although I did manage a few short breaks last year. I fully expect to gain a little when restrictions lift and we can socialise again.

I've given my body a rest doing minimal exercise, 30 minutes in the garden for a few days. My battery feels recharged so It's time to get back into more concentrated exercise again, I think.5 -

@Bovaryoo - I don’t think you’re “lazy” for not exercising at night. Sometimes the day just calls for relaxing instead. I realized some time ago that if I tell myself I’ll exercise when I get home from work, it rarely happens. So knowing that, it provides motivation to get my rear out of bed and get moving in the morning (after coffee of course!)
@transparentenigma - please don’t beat yourself up over 1 pound. It’s just a number, albeit a significant one. Track an average weight to help even out the swings. I don’t use it, but there’s a “happy scale” app that does it for you. I understand why it’s frustrating for you, but don’t let it ruin your day.

@SummerSkier It's not just cats! Giving oral meds to horses is worse! The weight ratio is way too much in their favor.2

@alligatorob Yes, “in fact they are just slowly” This! Soon, you will be fully recovered. I have learned recovery goes in fits & starts ie you can “suddenly” recover when you least expect it!!

My treadmill broke and it is so old that it is unlikely that I will get it fixed. Walking outside now for a while until I figure it out. Good for me but I still like having a treadmill as a back up.6 -
