            Very Happy - i seem to be finally going down. It seems the only thing that works for me is the intermittent fast. I am doing 600 calories two days a week. I think it tricks my metabolism which keeps it from slowing down into starvation mode. Hopefully this will keep going...1

 I definitely wore the wrong shoes yesterday, so I didn’t get a good walk in.

 I actually thought i would lose some this week, but because of bowel problems, yeah TMI i know, i gained up to 103 kg, and took me all week to get down again. Yesterday my weight was 102,5 kg again, so i am glad it was down this morning1

 I missed last week. It was super busy and I didn't track well. My premium also expired and we are saving to put a down payment on a house in 8 weeks, so I'm not going to renew until July.
 @AmyG1982 I'm going to put a pause on this challenge and I'll be back once I update my premium. The features I use aren't available to me now, and the ads are driving me insane after not having them for several years. I don't remember ads at all really, actually.
