What are your thoughts that lead to sabotage of your weight loss efforts?

My worst ones are that I'm either "on" or "off". I can't seem to find a middle ground or "reasonable"
I also tend to avoid getting on the scale if I know it is bad news.0 -
I honestly don't think I have self sabotaging thoughts. I tend to be a realist, and mostly optimistic. Also, I do a lot of encouraging in my volunteer work, so I think my inner voice has been pretty trained.
On the other hand, I'll be curious to hear other's answers. I may have some light shed.0 -

I think right now - because it evolves - I’m at risk of the “throw yourself down the stairs” syndrome. That’s where, if you slip, you conclude you might as well throw yourself the rest of the way down the stairs. If I’m not going to get that #&$(#! Blue Dot for the day, I might as well indulge and spend more Weekly Points. That leads to 55 points where I might have otherwise spent 35 points.
And I generally know in the moment that I’m not making good choices. Guess I’m just the little girl that had a little curl.0 -
Sabotaging thoughts? Not really.
Deciiding to say "effit" on ocasion? Yup!
