    Why didn't our team have a first-place winner for week 2?

    Week: April Week 3
    Day: Saturday
    PW = 232.2
    CW= 233

    Ugh! A gain two weeks in a row. My eating is out of control. I see my MD this Wednesday and I was so hoping she would see a substantial loss. I want to give up, but I just can't. Hoping for a better week to come. :/

    April Week 3
    Day: Saturday
    PW: 198.8

    Lost a lot of water weight from a three day binge last week. I've got to get my head on straight. I've found I'm eating things without logging and just shrugging my shoulders at it. Holding myself responsible for my actions is so important.

    Lost 5.6 pounds from last week, and is a loss of 1.38% of my weight. While my leg is doing better, I still have tightness from muscles and tendons that haven't gone away yet. I'm still doing light activities such as stretching, cleaning, walking (I have a goal of 4,000 steps this week and walking helps with the tightness.) Hot baths also help.

    My leg was feeling better and looser earlier this wee. So, foolishly, I thought it would be okay to use it going up the stairs, which was the wrong choice. I aggravated the injury, setting me back to when I first over-extended it.

    However, I did have a NSV tonight. We recently got a walk-in tub and I'm a little large to close the door standing up. I had to close it partly while sitting down and then stand back up to open it and the reverse when I wanted to get out. Tonight, I was about to sit down to close it the rest of the way when I noticed I still had a little room. I sucked in a little bit and was able to close it all the way.

    Not a bad week! I am only 2 pounds away from hitting 20 pounds lost. I am hoping to lose those 2 pounds in May.
