Hey all, I need to get motivated to add some exercise into my day so I’m thinking of starting a 30-day 100 kettlebell (dumbbell) swing challenge... anyone want to do it with me?
I’m literally just going to do 100 kettlebell swings a day, nothin too fancy. Though, I’ll likely have to break it down a bit for the first week cuz it’s been a long time haha.
I’ll just add kettlebell challenge tracking to my daily posts if anyone wants to do the same (or start any other daily challenge that inspires you!)0 -

Day: Good day. Found a pizza place with good keto crusts so tried that for the first time and am happy that I got some more movement in my day. I felt mentally better all day for doing it!1 -

Okay, I need to face the facts. My weight is creeping upward and I had promised myself that I would not go back to where I was this time. I haven't been logging my calories, and while I have been eating well for breakfast and lunch, my dinners need slimming down. Time to go in and adjust my goals!3 -
I am a bit disheartened. Yesterday I did a fast day (600 calories) and today I was a lb heavier! I am hoping it is water weight. We will see tomorrow.

Little gain, but overall happy with my week, moved a lot more then usual, and probably waterweight since i was lighter yesterday, and ate only 30 calories above my goal, which is TDEE - 200 kcal

I’ve set a goal that once I get to a 20lb LTD, I will buy myself a small reward. I love to travel, so it will likely be something related to that. I’m trying to use that as motivation - especially as the world opens back up - I’m so excited to be able to travel again.0 -
The challenge admin has asked that we have all weights logged Saturday evening without delay so she can finalize everything and send final #s/winners tomorrow.
