    Hi All,
    I am going to be away for a week so I am posting my WI for this week today. Sorry for the delay - I was a bit confused as to what week we are in. My Week one weight was 167.6 - gained two pounds with a visit from my sister. I really need to find a way to keep visits and vacations from derailing me. My goal for this week of vacation is just to stay the same! I would be happy with that. We will be in a hotel so I am not sure how to accomplish this! Eating out is always a problem for me. Any suggestions?

    @lacatgirl ... I say enjoy the vacation. I love food and eating out as well. The only thing that keeps me on track is exercise. At least 2x week. Try to do simple stuff even, like taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Enjoy!
