Rose, my wife and mother of our 4 adult children, is in LA with one of our daughters who had surgery this week. Both Rose, our daughter and our son-in-law are happy to be together. Post-op is going well.
No Mother’s Day activities here on the farm.
Exercise: over 49 minutes walking plus farm chore activities morning and evening

Under: yes to my complete amazement. A daughter showed up this afternoon with pie to celebrate Mother’s Day. I had a piece and assumed it would put me over for the day. To my surprise, I managed to end under calories, probably because breakfast and lunch were “light” and I have my calories set to only 1/2 pound loss per week.

Today was a planned pass day. I spent the whole day with my kids and didn't think about anything other than enjoying their company. 🙂6

Had a barbecue at my in-laws and kept the food under control by having mostly just meat and salad instead of carbs.
Also ran around the outside of the house at least 20 times with my nephew. Didn't log that, but did log my regular walk and weight exercises.6 -
