 Exercise: Walking all day. Took my dad's dogs to the groomer and then took my mom's car to the "auto spa" today for my dad. It needed a good cleaning, my mom never had time to do it and my dad still doesn't. It's weird to drive around my mom's car and weirder to think that it will always be my mom's car even though it's now in my dad's name. I'm still trying to get used to thinking of the house and the dogs as "my dad's" so that I'm not constantly reminded that my mom's gone and for the most part I'm doing ok, but some days are better than others.
 Comments: Not too shabby and I did manage to lose weight this week, just need to get it dialed in a bit more next week and get into better routines.

 I think I have plantar fasciitis in my right foot, and it’s gotten worse since February.
 @southgirl94 I had that, and the things that helped me were stretches, and freezing a plastic water bottle and rolling my feet on it and after a few weeks of the stretches, it helped a lot. Also, get good shoes, that really helps too.0
