A gain of 2.9 pounds.
I did measurements today for the first time in 10 months. I lost half an inch in my stomach, an inch in my upper arms, three inches from each thigh, one inch on my hips, and two inches on my chest. It also says I gained 2 inches in my waist.3 -

I'm not even on this team, but I HAD to stop by and congratulate you on that AMAZING weight loss last week! That's incredible! I waited until you'd posted this week to make sure it was REAL. And it was, and this week's a great loss too. You are doing totally awesome!!! I was last month's biggest loser, but I didn't lose anywhere NEAR as much as you're losing! My husband bought a recumbent trike a couple of weeks ago and we've been taking turns riding it around the neighborhood. It's so great and easy on our backs. I rode just over 2 miles today. Adding more mileage each day I ride.2
