Hello I am over 230 pounds and I am an emotional eater; I would like to get over that so I have started going to the gym. Any suggestions what I can cut out of my diet?

I am still very much an emotional eater but have made some strides in the right direction.. not gong to lie it is not easy for me what has helped is letting go of my trigger foods slowly forgiving slips and logging and trying to stay in calorie goals..

I think that when one is an emotional eater, the problem is less about what to cut out of a diet and more abouthow to process your feelings associated with what you eat. For me, I could cut out plenty and still have the base problem.0

I was told once that if you have junk food in your house put it some inaccessible, like the highest spot in a cupboard and always have a fruit plate on your table.0

I am frustrated , hurt, disappointed and angry not HUNGRY.. These are just passing emotions I will not eat those feelings tonight..1
