I feel like quitting!! I'm not going to but I'm so discouraged. I have exercised every day this week, which is good, but I've also been off the charts with eating. I tried Hello Fresh this week and I know there is a ton of sodium in those foods and sauces so that might be partially to blame. Going to try to focus this week on eating cleaner and drinking more water.1 -

I think I must've missed last week's weigh in. I've been dealing with a bit if illness and compensated with food. It's definitely a crappy habit. Hopefully, I'm on the mend and some stressors will soon be lessened!1 -
