    May 27th, was a pass for me. Giving credit to my MIL's re-gifting chocolates to me. No nutritional info on it. Today, the 28th, is another day! :) I think I am at 8 passes and 20 non-pass days.

    Exercise – yes, 2 short bike rides, walking and some light cardio
    Tracking – yes
    Calories – yes
    I was away for a few days – with DIL and children at a seaside holiday.
    So 3 pass days taken – just a few days left, hope to make the Winners Circle this month.

    I'm out for the month. This was pass #4 for me. I wasn't really hungry yesterday and any exercise would have put me below 1000K so I decided not to. Although if I'm honest, I probably would have been fine doing a 20 min slow flow yoga. I did get in a little over 2 miles pacing through out the day, but I don't count that.
