Morning all
Well another week passes by, amazing how quick they seem to go isn't it ? Another Monday, another Sunday thinking of Monday- perhaps I picked a bad day as it reminds me of having to start at school (more like back to work) after the weekend
Anyway what of this week ?
Well the scores on the doors this week are
LW 14 stone 13- 209
TW 14 Stone 12.25 - yup now going to fractions just could not get that last 1/4 off no matter how I stood on the scales! ( note to self to check the battery....)
loss this week 3/4 lb
total loss 13.25lb ( very close to that stone )
aiming for 13 Stone =182lbs or 12s 13 - that would be a nice figure - we shall see...
I will keep just plugging away here but certainly slowed down , lets see what next week brings

Start weight: 180lb (7 Jun 21)
Goal weight: 154lb
Last week: not measured
This week: 180lb
I was in this group for most of 2019, lost about 60lb and was just 1 or 2 lb from my goal weight when 2020 hit. My husband had a breakdown and was suicidal for quite a while, then when he was recovering I finally had my crisis as a reaction to the stress and then the pandemic hit. I binged for several months straight and put on 35lb or so quite quickly.
I managed to stop binging in Nov last year and have gradually been trying to get to a healthy lifestyle and a place where I could facr trying to lose the weight again. I'm finally there so here I am! Aiming for a higher goal weight this time.
First week went ok. Stuck to my 2000cals per day average. I think this should lead to a loss but will probs take quite a while.

This wouldn't be so bad if it was actual weight instead of trendweight eek.

Weighing In at .... 177.5 lbs ... (same for week / Month)
Goal weight is..... 150 lbs
I broke my foot/toe & sprained ankle on May 16th ... which limited my exercising for a month...
I usually walk at least 30-45 min.... 3-4 times a day (get up & move that body)
I am Happy to say ... I was able to maintain the weight without gaining... I am looking
forward to Dr. Visit Wed. Hoping I can get back to a Walking routine
