 Alright friends, what would you like for daily challenge? Steps? Calories? Both? Something else entirely?
 I will try and check in each evening on calories (I do best under 1600) and steps (above 10k)
 although today I've not logged OR worn my fitbit lol!0

 How about the UAC? (Ultimate Accountability Challenge). Track eating, exercise for 20 minutes, stay under calorie budget. (One day off per week, I think).

 Seriously, go for it! Just start and I bet others will follow! I have been in maintenance for about 20 years, so I am pretty good with what works for me...I am just not great at committing to telling others about it each day. I log weights as a way to help Ashley (I have been doing this almost 2 years, tried to quit, no one stepped up) so I really do my best to keep our weights current for her. Please-start a challenge!!!2

 Two days from weigh-in, and I'm two pounds heavier than last Thursday!- I've had some treats this past week, but still staying under my calorie limit (with exercise calories added).
- Averaging over 1,000 calories/day during my exercises (~2 hours/day): swimming, walking, resistance.
- Got in 60,000 steps last week; aiming to do the same this week.
- Drinking plenty of water.
 
 Gotta keep on keeping on!
