@k80flec - great news about the ankle, and about your grandson!
@leanz - I share your sentiment about this trip - did I just say that? I have to be careful not to whine and spoil it for him.1 -

18*1/2 out of 65
I got almost no steps in on Saturday. I was on the road by 9 to see my dad, the drive is all rural. It's a 2-1/2 to 3 hour trip that took me roughly 3-1/2 to drive there and over 4 to get home which didn't happen until 8:30. It's usually around 5 hours there and back. Traffic was completely ridiculous.
I've lived in the country my entire life so I'm used to seeing tractors out on the road from one gravel to the next -- but never like this. You don't know how much farmers do until you are stuck behind one with an implement going 25mph for 3 miles, they turn off and you run into another one maybe two miles down the road. Sunday I honestly slept most of the day.
Have a great week!0 -

I started updating and saw Janet already had it under control so I'm going to let her do her thing!
I am so swamped with stuff today that I am not going to get to everything I else I need to do as it is so I REALLY, REALLY appreciate it, Janet!
Really quickly though, I had a super great trip and can't wait to tell you all about it and share a couple pictures! I caught the biggest fish of my life so there was that...
We'll chat soon!!! Missed all of you guys, too!!
