Goal weight: 154lb
Last week: 180lb
This week: 180lb
And this is going to be the problem with going for less than 1lb loss per week! Even though I know not to expect a loss and it's even normal to see a gain, its hard not to feel a bit despondent today. Fingers crossed I'll see some progress in a few weeks time.2 -

think that might have been the sushi fest on Friday and yesterdays BBQ (in fact I know that didn't help.....) so this week need to try stick to it but also move a bit more (swimming tonight in a local lake - about 19 degrees C so rather lovely and great for my mental wellbeing)
