Hi Everyone!! With everyone’s suggestions & willingness to take on parts of this amazing UAC, we are *almost* there!! Thank you for your kind comments & sharing how much you love $ find UAC helpful (invaluable?!)
If you are willing to do any of these tasks, or want me to note you as a back-up, please post a message, and I will add you!
What we are most in need of is what I what I think made UAC our special, unable to be replaced, group - paraphrasing a member who searched for a possible replacement.
Rick commented on posts - he got around to everyone - he celebrated, he offered words of comfort, he encouraged, he cared HE NOTICED if you’d been absent & returned or your kg’s lost was going up over time. He paid attention to our trends. He was there when we most needed - magically.
THIS was the Secret Sauce in my opinion.
SO, how to do this?! Give me your ideas, suggestions, brainstorms!!!
I’m wondering if we could have a set of code words or emoticons…for ex:
🆘 SOS I Really am about to give up or I’m really struggling (and we would all know to give them some extra love.
🎉 or HOORAY. “I achieved something I never thought I could” & we all feel good & make a big deal for them!!

@MadisonMolly2017 I am grateful for your enthusiasm and effort.
@Mrs_Hoffer is already working behind the scenes to set up the UAC July discussion group.
Now that we have a Backbone Boss, I'm going to defer to her regarding who does what and when.
I promise to take a support role that helps her to lead the group.
It's wonderful that many people have raised their hands to contribute. Now, let's respectfully, wait for @Mrs_Hoffer to let each of us know privately what she would like us to help her to accomplish.

Calories: well under my calorie limit but poor food choices

Exercise – bike rides! Total nearly 3 hours but leisurely, stopping to take in the views and places of interest.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes- Treadmill: 31 min / 1.83 mi
I wasn't able to get to the treadmill this morning due to having people at the house and then I was out for a number of hours. The old me would have blown it off but instead I hit the treadmill at 9pm so I could close the exercise circle on the Apple watch as well as say yes to at least 20 minutes of exercise. I'm 23 of 23 days with closing all three circles. Today was supposed to be Back & Biceps day but I'll be doing it along with Chest & Triceps tomorrow. I have to learn to be a little flexible with my program when I have time constraints.7 -

@MadisonMolly2017 Regarding Sundays, that's perfect! I have a 94 y/o Mother that lives an hour away from me so I try to fit visits in with her on the weekends also (Covid has derailed this for a bit). I was just offering to fill a hole on Sundays -- it's easy if it's just a quick upload for rest days. I am quite good with only being a back up for Sundays.
I have my days for July highlighted above. If I missed one, please just let me know but I think I didn't. Best, Jana2 -
@Mrs_Hoffer An FYI "Ooops"! I have a few vacation days this week (hence why I'm on the UAC often over the last couple of days). I thought I would use this time to prepare my July content. I saw you had created July's group so I thought I would run a practice upload and see how it turned out. But I thought I would delete the entry after and no one would be the wiser. However I discovered I can't delete it? It's fine to stay there but it puts the latest entry now at the top of the list (July 25 instead of July 1). Sorry about that!1
