I'm gonna start first since no one's gonna see this lol.
Start weight:56 kg - 150 cm
Goal weight: 48 kg by October/December end max
No.of times a week I'll be doing this: everyday, save for friday
Other exercises: none, i loathe exercise and this is the only doable one for me because it's almost passive, I don't have the hand eye coord to follow along to actual exercise regimens
Calories consumed per day:1200 calories
Things I'm doing to kill time: kdramas! fr i can't get get through this workout at ALL if i don't have a particularly gripping drama to kill time.Music is fine but not even half as effective for me to stay distracted, if I watch a drama i don't even realise 1/2 an hour's up even though I sweat bullets. I'm currently watching The Mask (free on SBS World on Youtube). Apparently people think it's cliche but like what?? It's so good. I watched it once already and I stayed up an entire day to watch the full thing because the plot had me hooked. Well at times it's a tad bit irrealistic but it's a kdrama: that's the point.0
