I think I'm going a bit too fast, but this might also just be a fluke because I was hiking for nearly the entire day yesterday with friends and forgot to eat enough. I dont really want to let the loss a lot above 3.3lbs per week, because supposedly that's not very healthy. Glad I've managed to keep the loss constant though, didn't really believe I could control my cravings some months ago, but planning majority of meals and times out somehow stopped the cravings. Oh well, I'm really happy with the results, now just gotta make sure I eat enough not to speed it up even more

Well, I did plan to slow the fall down, but it slowed down a bit too much. I want the fall to be around 3 lbs weekly. Hoping to get there next week then.
@AB0215 I could help, since I check the forums daily anyways.

I am here as back up if you would like to assist with entering numbers for Team Flab-u-less.
Would you also like to volunteer to be captain?
Each team usually has a Captain and a co-captain to back them up.
The captain and sometimes co-captain duties:- Get on here at least every few days
- Able to access Google sheets
- Responsible to enter weights before end of day, Saturday every week.
- When a teammate needs assistance, responsible to help out and get special requests over to Ashley in the Captains Quarters chat room.
- Optional(but shows significant weight loss results): Monitor a voluntary Daily check in each week. Basically if some teammates want to participate they check in Daily with the following: If they tracked that day Y/N? ; Were they Under their Calorie Goal? Y/N? Did they exercise for at least 20 mins? Y/N?

“Helping” would look like this:

You usually just relay it to Ashley. It’s pretty simple.
