Hi!
I've got a really long way to go regarding my weightloss. Me and my fiancé are also desperate for a baby, but I can't get fertility help until I've got a BMI of at least 30 - considering it is 42 at the moment, this is massive!

So anyone in a similar position, or any information or guidance would be so appreciated!

Protein, lower carb fruits & vegetables + water, along with food scale to weigh in grams were critical to my success. No magic pill except daily consistency.
Highly recommend getting weight off before baby, better for both of you. Plus helps build the healthy habits during your pregnancy.

    You got this! 😉

I'm also living with PCOS and Type II Diabetes. My nutritionist has me focusing on a high protein "diet". Of course, low carbs is a no-brainer, but don't try to eliminate them. Your body still needs healthy carbs!

Strength training exercise plays a major role in lowering your A1C. Decreased animal protein intake helps as well. Eat less red meat and dairy - lean proteins are a must.

Good luck on your journey.
