    @Dave, Congratulations! I missed that announcement too, I'm so happy for you. Now - ouch. can't imagine how that injury feels. Take it easy and stay on top of the pain with a regular schedule of pain meds.

    Yikes! Dave, I'm sorry to hear about your injury and that you're cancelling your trip. But at least the wedding is still a go. Somehow I think that would still be on even if you had to hold the ceremony in the upstairs bedroom LOL. Take care and let it heal. I'll put you down for 1 mile but maybe you better get that in before your surgery on the 6th hahahah! Feel better my friend. And congratulations!

    Congrats also going out now to @2essie, @sufferlandrian and @kar328 for making goal.

    I'm ending the month with 60/50. Happy to say that I signed up for my 10th consecutive Disney marathon and after a pretty good run this morning I'm feeling like maybe I can actually do it. Let the training begin and let the injuries stay at bay.
