    Morning all

    Well this week has been one of firsts. I have been eating a lot of boiled eggs (low cal and filling and dead easy to prepare as a snack) well that is not the first rather moving it to the next level …… pickled eggs 🥚😳 for those of you old enough to remember the jar of pickled eggs sat next to the pork scratchies on the shelf at the pub. Only an old strange bloke would ever attempt one of those. A move to the dark side beckoned, I am that bloke now 😂

    The second first was buying a airblower popcorn maker 🍿as having one of those would definitely make me slimmer, no doubt about it technology makes us loose weight…

    So what are the scores on the doors?

    sw 222
    lw 204.5
    today and now 202
    loss 2.5 lbs and loss so far 20
    gw 182 which is 13 stone

    so another good week for me

    verdict on the eggs? Stick to hard boiled, popcorn maker -tick (good fun but mental note to self making more popcorn does not equal weight loss)

    Ok so second post. My maths was never very good ……and I blame trying to do stones to lbs If I am 14 stone 2 then that means I am 198 lbs today so that last 2 lbs was quick 😂 I was 14.4and a half last week so 200.5. Start weight was still 222 15 stone 12
    Confusing really so off for my instant oats and to boil some eggs for later

    Had a couple of weeks off whilst travelling around the country. Not too much damage done luckily.

    SW: 267.8lbs as at 20th October 2020 (highest weight)
    GW: 200lbs

    Thanks, toured Donegal and Northern Ireland, weather was lovely but way too hot/humid for my liking, Ireland is not meant for +30C.

    Well not an amazing result… but another good week for exercise and still eating wholesome good food so not too bummed.

    My goal weight for 1/1/2022 is 125lbs

    Finishing off July in the 40 lbs lost club! Yay! Besides the reunion coming, my family is moving an hour away, due to my husband's new job! Moving is bittersweet, and it's lots of work and stress (good stress mostly). I'm just glad that I'm not eating my stress, like I've done in the past. Progress, not perfection!

    I've missed a few weigh ins, so please accept my apologies. I've also put on a few pounds.

    This last week I weighed in at 138 lbs. I'll not be able to weigh in on Wednesday this week as I will be on holiday but will weigh in on Thursday.

    @123bean It is encouraged, I think you have come to the right place, welcome.

    Your posts and everyone else's give hope, and inspiration, and encouragement, and consolation. That's what I think the point is. So, I'm glad you came. I hope to post this next week...it has been a bear lately.
