I'm up 0.4 pounds. It's not a lot, but it represents me bouncing around at a slightly higher weight than I have been. I'm not where I want to be because I'm snacking too much. I think it's really a mixture of boredom and habit. I gotta get off my rear end and break the habit and find ways to occupy myself more productively. I know, rationally, that I'm not hungry, but snacky.
At least I'm still maintaining my weight well below my official WW goal weight!

I was up 0.8# at WW on Wednesday. This morning hit another low since 2010.1

Up 0.8 as well. I was dilligent about tracking during the weekdays, but not so much the weekend. Or last night for my wife's birthday.1

Down 2 from two weeks ago. I was out of town for 9 days so I'm really pumped that the needle moved down.
