If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
Name: (if you'd like to share)
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Fridays
8/6/21 = (Fill out after each weigh-in.)
8/13/21 =
8/20/21 =
8/27/21= (final weigh in for the month)
Total WL/G for the month= total weight lost or gained for the month
It was also suggested that we could track our measurements at the beginning of each month to see how we do there, so feel free to add those too this month!

CW: 291 (this has been all over the place last few days between 288 and 294 so I'm going in the middle lol)
GW:284
LTGW: 154

So I'm back at it again, I get so mad at my self and over eat and gain some weight and i know this is a life style, I just wish I could get past this 360, it keeps playing games with me, well its me playing the game lol I get in my moods where its like I need the food, I know I don't but I get like in this crazy thing where I have to eat and I'll even eat so much I get sick I just wish I didn't like food as much as I do

Hang in there @Skittles2183 ! I hear you 100%. I was 220 last August and here I am a year later at 218lbs. It can be so frustrating. I'm just reminding myself that I could have gained a bunch, but I haven't and that's a WIN. Nothing makes me gain and binge like guilt, so i am trying to stay positive. The fact that you are back and can share your feelings with us speaks volumes. I try to hang back when I'm not doing so well, but I've come to realize that I need to be accountable and share even when I'm not happy with my habits. We are here for each other ❤. Let's make the rest of august awesome!1

GW: Next mini-goal is 299!

Total WL/G for the month= would love to see 299 but that's unrealistic lol. So if I can hit like 305 or so that would be great! About 2 lbs a week.

So tomorrow is my weight in day and I’m also going to take measurement and do that to help. Plus I need to get back into working out more. My food had been doing good I just need to add in exercise0

I tried my best with measuring because of how my fat is it makes it all weird0 -
Lol @Skittles2183 I feel you on the measuring being hard! There's definitely an element of guess work when you're very big isn't there haha0

So I’m leaving tomorrow to go to family’s until Sunday so my goal is to try my best with food. I have been doing really good and I want to try hard with not eating the junk food and ton of sweets and carbs. I also want to try and walk if the weather is nice because they have a really nice walking trail by there house. So I’m trying to keep good goals while I am gone0 -

I weigh daily but don’t update on MFP until fridays…morning weigh in today was 307. The 200’s are approaching!!!0 -
Greetings, all! I'm back (again) after dropping off the radar for several months. We sold our house and moved to a new place close to my office now that we're physically coming back into work. It was our first move since having kids (our twin boys are now 4!) and holy cow, what a learning experience
At any rate, I need to get back into the swing of things - I've largely managed not to gain, but I haven't lost too much more, either. I'm feeling the "blah" that I feel when I don't eat well and don't exercise well, though, so most of all I need to get back to doing what will make me feel better.
