    I had posted a minute ago and it gave me an error.

    I’m looking for people with similar goals. I started at 458 and am at 385. Started Keto in June and it’s going pretty well.

    Would love to have friends to cheer on. Anyone?

    Hi there!
    I started 422, lost 120, stopped for a while, gained 20 back, and am back again. for this time I started 321 and my goal is 260 for knee replacement surgery. I’m trying to be very focused this time because I want those new knees! so I’d also be happy to have some group support and people to cheer for.
