    Been a long week! Sorry I've been MIA. Was to have my mammogram on the 9th. Went to sign in. Walking down he hal, my foot stuck to the tile floor and I face planted. Ended up in er for 5 hrs. Got 4 stitches. Tomorrow I get those out. That will be much more comfortable!

    Have readd all the comments. Will be back daily as of tomorrow! Sounds like y'all are doing well!

    Tuesday: Well, SP is gone. Have to start a new routine!

    Karen: Sorry! Did not mean to worry you. Fell last Monday (the 9th) Face planted on the tile floor and ended up w/4 stitches in my upper lip. I just got the stitches out yesterday. No other injuries, thank goodness. So, not the best week!

    Yeah, the stitches were tight! LOL No more wrinkles in my lip! LOLOLOLOL

    SP closed totally @ 7 am CDT. Just as stated. So, onward, right!

    Well, moving fast through this week . . . . again! Heavens, they just go by faster and faster! Let’s make it a good week.

    Today it's back to weights for muscle endurance. So lower weights and higher reps.
