Hello! I just logged back in yesterday after YEARS of absence. I was using the WW app for a while and decided it wasn't for me so I came back to MFP. I would love to give/receive all the support!1

Hey Sincerely! I sent you a FR. I too have tried WW, as a matter of fact a couple of times, but I keep finding my way back to MFP. Let's get this weight off and keep it off.1 -
What didn't you like about WW? I am a clean eating girl. I have been for years. I feel I know what to eat, I just need help with how much to eat. With WW I kept finding myself eliminating good for me foods because of how high the points were. Like cheese, nuts, rice, and bread. Even though they give you the weekly roll over points, I always felt bad for using them. Calories in calories out just seems like the basic weight loss science and easier for me to follow. MFP helps me track that easily.0
