Caught in cycle August

Stuck in metabolic inertia. No improvement in covid complications and hip injury from a week at the beach has led me to 7lbs wt gain and terrible eating habits. I just don't have the energy to eat well. I restart every morning and blow it then restart again. Groundhog cycle!!
So....
Will celebrate one victory per day ...focus on changing bad habits
So starting on Tuesday, I won't eat after 9pm. ( I eat dinner at 8pm)

Good news! After almost a year of part time and unstable work hours, I am starting a new job. No longer an ER nurse due to covid but an interesting data job. With set day hours, so no more getting home at 8pm or midnight! Hoping the structure will help me plan better

    Week#1 Victory for 10days...no eating after 9pm.
    Week#2 no cookies x 5 day so far
    Week#3 not sure yet.musing

    Week 2: no cookies
    Week 3: no French fries
    Week 4: no Junk cereal

    Will have to repeat Week 4! Just changed to a different sugar laden cereal

    Down almost 4 lbs but a few pounds was just water buildup... lots of salt food

    Onward!
