Had a great day today. Feel fantastic after evening 20 min Tabata ride.

    Exercise: Yoga 30, Core 10, Leg/Glutes 10+20, 20 Tabata + stretch
    Tracked: ✅
    Calories: ✅

Thought I'd reflect on last weeks goals: fish 3x ✅, Fruit daily (low goal I know)✅, Daily Dozen 20/24❌ . This week I'm focusing on improving my protein %. Last week I averaged 54%. Sunday I hit 87% and today 67% (113 grams though which is really good for me). Trying to hit 70-75% for the week. Is anyone else ravenous after strength training? It leaves me so hungry while spinning tends to make me not hungry 🧐 .

@Bovaryoo yep I feel u I'm def starving on days I do weights too. Ur doing fab with ur protein btw!xo

@Jana_2020 Thanks for today’s discussion opening post!
    Today’s report
Exercise: more than 2 hours of farm activities and walking
Tracking: easy since I was so involved in farm chores that I overlooked breakfast and had a very modest lunch. Fortunately, I did not blow it in the evening.

Great work on keeping strong at night esp if u didn't eat enough thru the day. That's not easy to pull off!

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Kitchen Closed? Yes
Did you go "nuts" with nuts today? No (6 days-free )
(I go "nuts" with nuts most times, trying to continue a good habit this month. Counting the number of "nuts" free days.) I am still learning a lot about myself in this area!

Pass day 0/3 (this is for accountability to myself and my records).

You do so well with being but free! I tots know wat u mean, nuts are 1of those foods that I can't keep in the house as once I start I cant stop. I got the shock of my life wen I discovered how much calories are in a small amount. He he! Wen I was a teen a worked in an office in which I was the youngest so I got spoiled rotten with huge lunches made for me, endless supply of lollies in the lolly jar and bags & bags of nuts for morning & afternoon tea. Lol! Then i used to sit there and wonder why I was chubby. Ha ha! Xo
