Running felt good today, despite the fact that my plan was for it to be a walk. I realized I wore a running appropriate bra and went for it. It was a good choice.

My dinner was my best meal of the day, just some herring and salad and, probably because I ate more than I should have at lunch, it was just enough.

Sept 14:
β β β Exercise today was 120 mins walking (3 separate walks!) We were invited out for dinner with friends, so I went online earlier today to figure out what I could eat! A simple side salad and a piece of grilled chicken! Of course it only took me about 5 mins to eat it, then I had to watch everybody else eat their succulent, tasty meals! But I stayed strong πͺand I came home and told hubby I really wasn't even hungry! Yessssss!!! πβ π― πͺ
