Sept 14:
✅ ✅✅ Exercise today was 120 mins walking (3 separate walks!) We were invited out for dinner with friends, so I went online earlier today to figure out what I could eat! A simple side salad and a piece of grilled chicken! Of course it only took me about 5 mins to eat it, then I had to watch everybody else eat their succulent, tasty meals! But I stayed strong 💪and I came home and told hubby I really wasn't even hungry! Yessssss!!! 🏆✌ 🎯 💪

It is so inspiring to see that long list, and to see that I am on it! This Challenge has been really inspiring and helpful for me. I start the day by reading everyone's check-ins, and if you all can prioritize health in this crazy world, well then, I can do.

I got my blood drawn yesterday for routine test and I hate that and always bribe myself with a treat. This time I chose frozen yogurt from a place that lists its nutrition facts and I got a kiddie size and thoroughly enjoyed it, tracked it, and was still under for the day! I would not have been so careful with that treat if not for the challenge. To be honest, it also helped that the ice cream shop was closed!7 -

I have been out of town with a spotty internet connection. I had a series of pass days starting with the 9th and going through today. My only check mark for these past days has been exercise. Not too much damage done on the bathroom scale when I got home.5
