    I have been out of town with a spotty internet connection. I had a series of pass days starting with the 9th and going through today. My only check mark for these past days has been exercise. Not too much damage done on the bathroom scale when I got home.

    Calories: under but not great choices. I couldn’t figure out why I was on such a sugar kick until I realized I had forgotten to take my iron for the last 3 days.
    Exercise: Yes, walking bare minimum of intentional. The days have been a bit busy.

    Tracking-didn’t get dinner in-so not sure about calories-tweaking my to do list should help this
