    I have no idea what is going on. My food intake is the same. I am on an antibiotic and allergy medicine for this sinus infection I have right now. Does that make you put on weight? So confused.

    Not quite sure why my fall is slowing down... I'm eating less than previous weeks. Probably some fluke. Although it wouldn't be too bad if it did slow down, I was planning to slow it down to 3.3lbs per week at some point anyways.

    Goals/Day/Comments: 10k steps, 30 minutes on exercise bike. Really happy with today, especially my food choices. Decided to go for a healthy soup for lunch and didnt exceed any limits. So I'm hoping there'll be more similar days.

    The week started off really slowly, my weight had platooed. Last 3 days though it started falling quite fast, so most of the loss came from there.

    This week was my birthday week and I had a little more junk food than usual, but I didn't overeat enough to gain 4 pounds. I don't have a bicycle, but I did find a foot pedaler in the house I've been looking for.
