Walk for exercise. I really want to go for a run but I'm feeling poorly (I have ulcerative colitis and sleepless nights with a baby has triggered a flare) so can't really at the moment.
@Geneveremfp I am so sorry that you are poorly. I hope you (and the baby) can catch some deep healing sleep and rest soon. Flares bite. Full stop. ❤️2 -

I should have done Day 10 of EPIC I today but it was the Sunday HIIT and burpee heavy. Even though I said I was looking forward to the next workout on Friday the reality is I was thinking weights and not HIIT. This morning I was feeling the need for an extra rest day and I'm glad I decided to take it because this evening I'm feeling a lot more energetic.4 -

Pass Day 7
I definitely got in my exercise at the music festival, but ate food truck food for lunch and dinner. I had a great time!
I am feeling this need to get out and celebrate with people outside while the weather is still nice, and thinking losing weight will be easier in the winter when we are stuck at home. We'll see if that's true, or just justification.
Thanks for the credit for working, caring for kids, and taking care of myself. It does feel like quite a balancing act most days!5 -

Walking, push-ups and setting up for a Sunday night outdoor concert (work)
@LazyBlondeChef I appreciate the call out for those of still working. Last year, until she passed, I was caring for my mom and working and that was especially challenging - hence the weight creep over the past couple of years. I seem to be in the zone right now and working on getting off those extra pounds. My husband is retired so it is a unique challenge of going off to work while he heads off to kayak etc.
Happy Birthday @lesdarts180 and Happy Anniversary @LeeH316 -
Tracked - Mostly, but there was some approximating going on and I may have missed a couple of BLTs-bite, licks, tastes.
Within calorie budget - My log shows I squeaked by with 8 calories left, but I think I may have gone over by a little because of the couple of BLTs I missed. So in good conscience I think I'd better use my third Pass Day. Oh well.
Exercise - 30 minute walk

Exercise yes
Tracked and stayed below no
Yesterday didn’t go according to plan. Was supposed to walk with a friend or do my 5k run -instead got to deal with a neighbor issue-then ate Oreos (next time I will go read or hit walk anyway-have hubby put away groceries)6 -
Pass day. This was just a nope day from the beginning. Most of my pass days I start logging and planning to stay on track and then fall off late in the day when something comes up, but my brain was just not interested. Way too much cookie dough.

Hi @brisingr86 !
You might want to try designing a larger, delicious breakfast & eating it at the same time each day.
A study showed that women on 1,400 cal diets who ate 700 cal fast, 500 lunch &200 dinner lost more weight & kept it off significantly better than those with 200cal BF, 500 cal lunch, 700 cal dinner.
I switched my habits of a lifetime & found it really did reduce my hunger later in the day.
As I foot closer to make tenancy I shifted to 700 cal BF, 500 lunch, 2-300 late afternoon snack, 2-300 small dinner.
Now in maintenance, I eat a slightly larger breakfast & slightly smaller dinner & average lunch & snack.
Play with it! Try different things. I think by matching your calorie needs more closely to your “burn” through the day, you can reduce hunger.
Good Luck!

Exercise – yes, an hour out on the bike, a 30 minute walk and some short cardio routines
Tracked? No, had lunch out and just couldn’t be bothered – it’s my birthday!
Calories? Don’t know because I didn’t track/log but I loaded my plate with veg and I didn’t have dessert. No chocolates tonight either!
Thankyou for the birthday wishes – it went well. All the sadness came out over the last two weeks. I had a cry on a neighbours’ doorstep a couple of days ago (and got a hug and kind words), but today was OK. We had a family zoom meeting in the evening.
Happy birthday to you,I hope your day was great0 -

Exercise today was my Sunday #icecreamwalk , but I did 13 miles instead of my normal 11. Walked over to my best friend's house (stopped on the way at Kroger for keto ice cream!) to watch football with her and sit and crochet! Yes, I hiked 13 miles with a backpack filled with a clean change of clothes, crochet yarn and pattern and baby dress! 2 water bottles, a spoon to eat ice cream with, my debit card, and carrots, cherry tomatoes, an apple, and peanut butter. 🎒 🚶♀️ 🍦😋😍💕
Wow, that's a half marathon, lol! Awesome!3 -

Thank you. It has become a little game and competition for me. Will the number of "no crazy nuts" days equal to no pass days?2 -
