Been on the verge of a migraine for 2 days now. Must be the barometric pressure! Trying to take it easy!

Karen I am with Chris. Migraines are not allowed.

Kathy I also love soup. Rocky added lots of good vegetables. Some from our garden. Then we had peaches from our tree. Great experience.

Chris I can't imagine doing virtual kindergarten. Glad he is enjoying it.

Paula I agree with fire prevention. But something better needs to happen.

Almost forgot to mention. I bought 2 compact weight benches that fold up. If Markers is going to keep working out with me we need them. Photos to follow after they arrive.

And Joey had an impacted gland. He is miserable and keeping us awake. I hope tomorrow is better for him.

Karen how are you doing with those beautiful dumbbells you bought last year?

I love soup, too!!! I am on a salad kick right now.

Poor Joey, hope he's feeling better.

I got 5.65 miles done this morning in 110 mins. Could not get an 18 min mile. 18.50 was my average. My second mile was 18.10 then it was all uphill from there!!! :D I'm working on it tho.

Chris Joey seems a bit better today. I miss my happy old guy. You are a fast walker. Unless a zombie is after me I tend to go slower.

    Shelley,

Glad to hear Joey is getting better. Hope he's even more so soon.

Want us to send you some zombies? Always happy to motivate. >:)

Paula that would be great. Or just paint up your face as one and come visit.

Looks like our LT is retiring. Our new Sgt. is moving into his position. So I am studying again. Such dry reading.

My mom and I went across the street to the park again. There is a sidewalk that is covered in tree branches. I wish the owner of the adjacent property would cut them back. My moms scooter gets stuck in them. I will be calling the city later today. She can't ride her scooter in the street there. To much traffic.

I just noticed that spell check changed my granddaughters name to markers in an earlier post! Grrr. So mine and Kaeldras new weight benches shipped already. Looking forward to putting them together.

Lunch w/my bro & fam. Typical coastal summer day, overcast and chilly. One niece is turning into a drama queen. Wish she could hear herself. The other is quiet. Wish I knew what she was thinking. Both beautiful, smart little cookies.

Then shopping/walking. Parking far away and walking. Later music/dancing @ local dive bar. Advil for dinner. A good day...

Paula I love the photo. My granddaughter who is lifting weights with me is also a drama queen. We should record them. Or not. Everyone seems to be having a lot of fun.

Walked at the dog park with mom and Rocky.. Lots of fun. Got in some house cleaning today. Balanced the check book. Transferred some money to cover the fun we had. Oops, lol.

Hiking on the mountain in the morning. I forgot to wear my FitBit this morning. What a mistake

Beautiful family Paula. I was the quiet one in my family. I was painfully shy. Sat under my mom always. Didn’t talk to anyone.

Kathy you shy? Wonders never cease. So was I.

Chris sleeping in is best on a cold day. I should know. I want that to be my scale. Nice job.

My friend who had her baby 2 weeks ago has a bad infection. Very sore and lonely. I borrowed my moms scooter and we all went for a nice walk. I swear there were so many people there. And most of them she knew. Great fun. Barney even did good.

Chris I love purples. Very pretty. Thanks for sharing.

My benches came in today. Rocky and I assembled them. No real issues. Though it does look like I will have to remove some padding for the leg attachment to use the preacher curl station. Bit of a pain. Will try them out tomorrow with Kaeldra.
