Tried blue oyster mushroom for the 1st time. Sauteed it and topped it over TJ mushroom, pea & herb risotto. Dessert was Apple crumble with Vanilla ice cream (single digit fat gram).

Sorry, I'm not a fungus type of girl. I made Pasta E Fagioli yesterday and that's my lunch. Don't know how clean that is but that what I got. I'm interested in hearing other clean eating regimine.1

I almost always have a smoothie made from cabbage, apples, blueberries, protein powder, ground flax seeds and coconut water. Sometimes I substitute the cabbage with other greens like kale or spinach. Very yummy and healthy.1
