My laps today were wandering the hobby lobby. Yes the pace is that slow. HR was up the whole time and I was huffing and puffing. Both of the Resp. Therapist, aka mom and her friend Leslie, was fussing that I had not brought my O2. I made it through and was fine. All around good day.6 -

@victorious55 Very true on the habits. And I really like the analogy of the UAC hand holding in order not to drift away like the otters! I never knew that.
It was a celebration day for me today. I'm pleased I was able to have some special food treats from my favorite restaurants and skip the snacks and cake. Luckily the housekeeper cancelled (whoever says that btw?) and I got my exercise calories in by cleaning the house. This allowed me to unexpectedly to meet the UAC challenge today. Totally makes up for yesterday's unexpected failure to meet it!5 -
