    Morning,

    Like a bad penny he keeps turning up

    A bit of a silence from me, a bit of a wobble for wobble.

    Work has been a bit hard of late and a 2 week holiday was in reality a log into the computer and work every days (some even in the office - no support suspect that is a common theme out there but frankly it sucks and has done nothing for me )

    Weight wise - generally went up as I went into I am having that mode

    Exercise - yes I did go for a few runs (that stopped but will start again tonight) but I did go to the lake everyday - it is now 14 degrees C (57F) so a bit on the cold side but as they say "bracing". We are now into limited openings and I have signed up for the winter swim season ( on weekends only) - you get a badge if you go every month until April :D - we shall see but I do feel the lake has been a bit on an anchor in my life of late. The cold does invigorate you and if you can get over the first few minutes once you go numb you feel almost warm ;)

    Finding it all quite hard at the moment, grandfather passed away, sickly kids and very little sleep (circa 4 hours a night due to kids waking). I do think eating well and exercising is helping state of mind, so will focus on getting that back on track this week.
