1 pass day used (Oct 12)
I am not expecting to change my plans much over the holidays this year, except that we may do some travelling in December. I do plan to keep tracking and to try to stay with the same basic habits. I am planning to buy a travel blender and avoid breakfast in the hotel. This will be my first attempt at low carb days during travel.

            Yes for 3
You all know I don't eat many things that don't come out of my kitchen, but just trying to get my brood in the same space is crazy. I am to a point if they are here great if they aren't okay. I cannot stress over that. I will enjoy those who come.3

 Pass day 2
 Lots of walking
 Didn’t weigh all my food
Hope everything is OK. This is not like you to not keep track for 2 days in a row... Hope your weather is great for hiking and even though you aren't tracking you are "on track" so to speak.
 ***hugs***
 today is a new day.
 @SummerSkier
I caught your thoughtful note this AM & it helped all day long.
 My exercise is great.
 Calories not horrendous
I stopped tracking as carefully for dinner/after dinner.
Today, I’ve tracked all eaten through dinner, hoping I can keep calories low the next few hours.
 Tinnitus sucks.
 But it’s not a disease
 Or an illness
 My hearing is great
Regret is not worth dwelling upon.
Moving forwards, but this one really threw a curve ball at me.
 Thank you very, very much

I’m home now with time to go back over the last few days conversations.
I have to agree with @Katiecan2021 – the “holiday Season” in the USA sounds much more difficult than ours here in the UK. Here, we obviously don’t have Thanksgiving, Halloween is irrelevant unless you have young children, so Christmas is the main event. We do have Bonfire night when we remember Guy Fawkes who tried to blow up the Houses of Parliament, but that’s only one night with no feasting.
Last year we all had to get used to the idea of much smaller gatherings for Christmas and New Year and no parties and I expect this year will still be muted.

 Calories - under
 Tracking - yes
Exercise - forced myself out on a 20 minute walk before bed.
Dreary weather and some after effects from the influenza vaccine have made this a less than pleasant week.5

I too am a present buying monster @mshawski 🎁🎁🎁 We now have our daughter’s partner in our family who comes from a one gift policy family and he genuinely doesn’t enjoy receiving gifts. He has helped me gain some insights through seeing a different and new perspective. 💛
I love your insights and list @victorious55 — this will help me so thank you!0
