We went away for a few days but the weather turned wet and windy and I developed a cold so we cut it short and came home today. So, I did a quick trip down to town to stock up on fresh fruit and veg and got wet on the way home. (sigh!). Feeling rotten but did a Utube workout. Going to bed early tonight.

Iβm implementing reverse psychology for the rest of the month. Since Iβve long ago passed my 3 pass days, Iβll track the number of days I accomplish the 3 UAC goals the res5 of the month. If I count correctly, there are 13 days left, including today. So -

I thought for sure I'd take a pass day today because I had to wait for a service person to arrive between 8am-noon so I was showered, dressed and ready to go by 7am. Unfortunately for me they arrived a little after noon and were here for about 2.5 hours. That left me no time for exercise since my partner left work early today so we could go out for an early dinner. He's leaving tomorrow morning for Austin TX (for Formula 1) so we had already planned to go out for dinner tonight. We ended up taking a rather slow stroll after dinner thus my low mile walk. I'll make up for it over the the next few days.7 -

I have posted quite a few pass days this month but even so, my days arenβt that bad, definitely not having any real disaster days and Iβm gradually getting more consistent. Iβm going on holiday on Saturday to stay with my parents in Spain, not sure how well Iβll do there. I think Iβll continue to track but a combination of not buying / cooking my own food and being on holiday is going to be tricky!9 -

Calories: Over goal but not over maintenance. Airport day. Need to tweak this a bit.

The next 3 - 4 days are going to be difficult to track. I will most likely get more than enough exercise and I am somewhat confident that I will be close on calories. But this is all a good thing and I am going to enjoy these next few days with the confidence that I will not overdo it.
