I need to take Pass Day Number 3.
I think I ate something that did not agree with me/was bad on Wednesday. I started feeling sick Wednesday night and it continued yesterday. I am obviously way under calories and have actually lost a bunch of weight (though I am sure I will regain it as I recover). But no tracking and no exercise.
Hoping to do better today as I recover, but I may not be able to and that's OK.
@Mrs_Hoffer so sorry to hear that you are sick too. It seems like people are getting hit hard by illnesses these days, having been not sick for so long because of COVID lockdown/precautions. Like our immune systems got out of practice.6 -
