Down 3.8 lbs continuing to go in the right direction. Absolutely working on it.

I'm up by 0.8 pounds. I am really a mess with regards to my weight management right now. I've given back over 6 of the 10 pounds I lost in our 10 pound challenge. Ugh. I've been going through a few personal issues, and clearly am not dealing with them properly, instead (often) using them to rationalize bad food/drink behaviors. Every day is a new opportunity to start over, I guess.

Not weighing ATM, as I have too many "things" attached. LOL0

A good week overall . . .
- Had a full week in the healthy eating range (not necessarily a goal, but stuff happens),
- Transitioned down another waist size for all my pants, so I’m one size away from “goal-wear”,
- Had seven successive daily morning weigh-ins under 200#,
- Had my first official WW weigh-in under 200# (fully clothed), so 18# from “free Lifetime,
- Down 2.6 to 199.8# at WW Studio,
- Am once again averaging over 2#/month for 2021,
- Lost weight on the way back to goal for seven successive weeks.

Sick for a few days and used food for comfort. Back in the saddle once I felt better.
