Photo of a hike with my kids and friend a few weeks ago. My daughter really wanted to get to the view and my son and friend were tired. We left them eating a snack on the side of the trail and dashed up the mountain. Really happy to be able to do that.

I continue to be back on track after my illness
Exercise - 15 minute MommaStrong video. Walked for an hour into town and back with my 5 year old on his balance bike. He is ready for pedals and I am going to be sad to give up the walking. I think then I'll need to bike (super slowly) with him. Or take up running, but that's never worked for me before.
Tracking - Planned the day and adjusted the plan.
Calories - Under. My son and I did get treats in town but it fit into the calories of the day (with eating all my exercise calories).
    Pass days total: 4

I think I am fully recovered from the GI bug. I gained back most of what I lost, but still 1 pound down from pre-sickness weight. My weekend calories are a bit higher, and now I begin the low calorie days. I think I am ready for that - ready to get back to eating veggies which should allow me to fill up enough, and my energy is good again. So, seems like I'll be able to keep 1 pound of loss from the illness which is a nice bonus.

    @SummerSkier I :love: your Bandit photos!!! 🐴

@mshawski your "favorite running game" made me LOL. I'm usually looking down so that I don't step on any snakes! 🐍

@tahm42 Great picture! Outings with the family are the BEST!! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

@TerriRichardson112 I love finding the different kinds of fungi! Last week, hiking in the Cuyahoga Val Nat Park, I came across a rotten log that was 100% covered! Hubby wanted to know why I was taking pics of it. Lol. 🍄

@ashleycarole86 Fantastic picture! You look ah-mazing!!!! And the mountains in the background are gorgeous too! Awesome job on losing 93 lbs so far!!!! CONGRATS!!! 📉

@Jana_2020 Wonderful pics! Thanks for sharing! Your pool looks so inviting! 🚲

@jamcnewman Your Beauregard is just too adorable. 🐶 I hope he's healing quickly from his surgery.

@MadisonMolly2017 sorry to hear that you were without power for 8 hours! But good for you for getting out there and turning that into something positive! Go YOU!!! 💪🏼

@StayFITTer It's still a #win when we can learn something about ourself in the process. I like your philosophy of "Never miss a Monday. Never miss two days in a row." That's a very good philosophy to keep!! 🤔

@Caroline_slowandsteady Terrific pic! I'm glad that you're feeling better - and didn't gain the weight back! Lol. (We'll take every single lb, right!?) 🎯

@DebyS137 Awesome job, with 0 Pass Days! Huge Kudos to YOU!!! 😲

✅✅✅ Exercise today was a quick 20 min (1 mile) walk outside in between the rainstorms. Other than that, I'm calling it a rest day. Lol.

Pass Days Used: Too many! :disappointed:

    ✅❌✅
Sunday is a rest day from weights, so exercise was cleaning out the kids rooms and chasing the new kitten that was rescued last week. Even though I was within calories and tracked it, I'm calling the calories a "No" because I ate those super tasty beans that came with those delicious carnitas last night. Was way off my keto macro targets because of that, so have to call it a miss.

I don't have any pics due to my phone getting wet yesterday and drying it out the rest of the day and overnight. Not that I was out doing any outdoor activities. Was thinking of a kitten photo, but I guess that will have to wait. No, wait, I have this one from the other day...

@WhatMeRunning what a cute kitten!!! Awww! I bet the kids love that!

And @slimtastesbetter what terrific pics!! I can remember living in Seattle for a few months back in 1992 (due to hubby's job) and on a clear day you could see Mt Ranier over 100 miles away!! Another time, we were flying from Vancouver BC back to Ohio and although we were above the clouds (in the plane), I looked out my window and could see the top of Ranier!! It looked like it was coming up out of the clouds!!! It was an amazing sight!!!!!

Awesome idea @Mrs_Hoffer & @biketheworld, I'm enjoying seeing how each of us "lives".

Sorry to hear @SModa61. Happy early birthday and just focus on settling in after the move and helping your parents through this. Unfortunately it will take a lot of your energy and time. I've been through of some of that and it's a stressful period; best wishes for you in the days to come.

Thank you @jana_2020 I am sorry you have been through this yourself, and I know many others here have as well. I really had my eyes focused on just making it to the house sale on Nov 4. It has been a miserable experience with new drama relating to that this evening. Just making it to Nov 4 no longer works. My parents situation is a mess. No end in sight. Thanks for the birthday wishes. I turn 60 tomorrow the 26th.

@Mrs_Hoffer that's cool you were living in Seattle for a few months back in 1992. Who knows, maybe we crossed paths at some point. I know what you mean about how awesome it is to be flying and seeing Mt Rainier or one of the other mountains out the window. I've seen the top of Rainier poke up through the clouds like you mentioned you saw, and it really is something to behold.

This isn't Mt Rainier, but is a picture of the 2 mountains just south of Rainier, Mt Adams in the background and Mt St Helens in the foreground. This was on a flight we took in June. I was sitting at the wing and thought it was cool that Alaska Airlines was honoring servicemen and women by painting a flag on the wings. So I thought it made a great picture--the patriotic wing, the snowy mountains and the blue sky.
