Hi everyone I am on week 3 of FODMAP looking for something low calorie and FODMAP friendly. Something other than fruit.

I’ve done well with some nonfat Greek yogurt with some sugar free pudding mixed in. I typically use the cheesecake flavor. Also, if you’d like something tart, there’s Kefir to drink. It comes in several flavors.1
