I'm up 0.4 pounds, but really just bouncing around in the same range. I'm still stuck with not making the commitment I need to to pull off another 6-7 pounds to get to my personal target. It's hard to get super-motivated right now with Thanksgiving coming up, and my kids all coming back for a visit! At least I'm still maintaining.

Four days in Texas for a celebration of life, and apparently I celebrated more than I thought. I was up 8.2 pounds, which I’ll admit sorta surprised me for that period of time. I could have made much poorer choices while down there, and two of the four days were actually on plan. The others? Well, I ate six days worth of daily points in two days. On the plus side, I got some exercise in every day.
This gain was anticipated, although not the amount. I chose not to deprive myself of brisket and pizza while down there. Actions have consequences, I’ve paid the price, and it’s time to move forward again. On to a new streak of losses!1 -
Terrible up 3lbs. At limit struggling but will get back in track. 🤬👍😀1

The weekends just kill me. I have to find a way to be more mindful. For some reason, I find reason to celebrate a little too much after a good Friday weigh in. Between Saturday morning and Monday morning I went up 6 lbs. on the scale and spent the rest of the week recovering from that. In the old days I would have been very frustrated with this, but I'm leaving the past in the past and looking for lessons learned to help me along the way.
