The end of November is closing in, so now is the time of the month that we ask everyone to self report whether or not you expect to make the November's Winner's Circle. And regardless, bravo for you if you are here and are therefore reading this post!

This has been a really busy and somewhat chaotic month for me. Lots of work, badly planned and organised by my employer, lots of appointments and stuff to do with my partner, trying to keep some sort of social life going for myself.
I have rarely had time to read through all of your posts, at best skimmed them, let alone commenting.
Please be assured, you are in my thoughts, even if I can only manage a "3 x Yes" these days! Still, pleased I can do that! I might even be in the Winners' Circle this month, for the first time ever, with only two Pass Days so far...

I've been awol for tbe last couple of days. Friday was busy but I felt manky yesterday. Ended up having to dig my road our with my neighbours because of the snow. Today has been good here, more snow but lovely walk g conditions in the nearby forest.

Saturday.. 1 no. I went over my calories.
Sunday.. 3x yes

The weather was bright and sunny today but bitter cold. I wrapped up well and went up the hill for a longer bike ride.
Calories were right up to the limit – we had a fat and sugar bomb for dessert at lunch. My partner chose it, and it was delicious. I served us small portions and I made him take the leftovers away with him – I do not need it in the house.
I have only taken one pass day this month and only 2 days remain so I hope to be in the winners circle this month.

Today's exercise was varied light activity similar to yesterday.4 -
Exercised did some rowing and weight work resistance band and some kettlebell stuff. Tracked and logged. Feeling better today then yesterday holiday over now back to work for a little, much vaca time to use until the end of year😊 so maybe not so much work 😂😂4

No winners circle for me, I have 6 pass days on the month - though I’m being firm with myself that I’m ending the month with that number.
November feels like it’s closing many tabs I had open in my brain.
I think I forgot to mention that the size 14 dress I ordered fit? Lol. You know, the one I expected to need to have taken in because all the other dresses I have that fit are 10s and 12s? LOL. I can only imagine the small sizing is why it was new with $100 tags on it on ThredUp for $20. 🤷🏻♀️ It’s a great dress though, and I’m calling it mission compete on finding “the” dress.
I’m also closing the book on new rings for a while, as the second set I ordered a few weeks ago came in.This is a new wedding set. I felt I needed a refresh after all of the stuff that happened over the past few months. I’m not really a diamond kind of girl, and it’s been annoying me for 14 years that my engagement ring and wedding band didn’t “nest” properly. Hubby was fully supportive of getting a new set (He’s on his 5th version of his wedding band so I don’t feel bad about ordering something new after 14 years). It’s moonstone and was a fraction of the cost of my original rings but it’s 😍 and way more “me”. Between that and the tourmaline ring I shared last week, I am set on rings for quite some time. Sorry for being so annoying with them. My brain tends to fixate on things sometimes. Perhaps I’ll switch to necklaces or bracelets for my next milestone reward.
I’m just waiting for my new coffee table and a few Christmas decorations and my living room will be done too. Maybe my brain will be quieter with fewer tabs open. (I just have to figure out how to keep myself from opening new ones.) 🤞🏻6 -

I was determined to track and stay within calories this morning after my week of emotional eating (and sometimes bingeing). I'm also going to count my shopping today as getting my exercise in (according to Samsung Health I had 28 active minutes today). I cooked up a storm this afternoon; all vegetables that I bought last weekend. I purchased a few low calorie sweet treats to help wean myself off the sugar bender I was on last week. I still have some full fat ice cream in the freezer that needs to be eaten up but I will try to eat reasonable portions of it. I'm not sure that next week will be perfect but it should definitely be better.

Another Pass Day today.
Thanksgiving with my kids and their families at my house. No exercise, except the fact that I did all of the clean up by myself!!!! Unbelievable. I also don't feel well tonight, headache, achy, watery eyes, very deep bronchitis sounding cough. It just came on today... and got worse as the day wore on. Ugh. I didn't track dinner, but I'm pretty sure that I went over.
I'm officially out of the Winner's Circle, as this is my 4th Pass Day.9 -

🙌🏻 Exercise. 45 minute walk with the pup and my husband. ♥️ It all goes so much better walking on the ice when I am not alone with the wild puppy. 😂😂😂 Surpassed my step goal despite not wearing my Fitbit for most of the day.

The house was full of Christmas music and smells today. I started the holiday baking and had fun with it. I ate (and tracked) one ginger sparkler cookie. I know where the baking is heading and for the most part, it is out of this house. 🥰

Exercise -15 minute MommaStrong, 30 minutes "hiking with kids" (we were out for an hour but probably only actually moving for half of it. My wild 9 year old climbed up a huge hill, but the rest of us waited for her at the bottom.
Tracking - Planned the day, and followed the plan (well, we baked cookies and I only planned to eat 2 but ate 4 - but then tracked them)
