    I’m back at it.
    Yeah, I did have a perfect month back then. A few perfect months.

    But I like to exercise later at night, and missed closing my rings by a minute or two a few times. I think back in 2021 there was no option for choosing a goal shorter than 30 minutes.
    Either I missed it or it’s been added since then. Which I just noticed recently…

    AND I’M BACK! LOL

    I can close my ring as long as I start exercising before 11:50 PM. Since I discovered that, I haven’t missed a single day.

    Anyone wanna join?

    Sorry I took years to get back to this question.

    I didn’t know at the time, and I couldn’t find the answer on Google. Since then Apple has enlightened us.

    It means the user worked out that day.

    Not just something that was strenuous activity that moved your green ring, but an Apple fitness workout.

    March 2024 technically a perfect month because on two days I didn’t close my stand rings. I know it was a perfect month because I forgot to put my watch back on after charging it.
