Well, here we are.... counting down the days until the end of 2021! Wow! I like this photo, because even though I feel that I'm on the DO AGAIN step, I can look and see how far I've come and how close to success I really am!! Maybe next month I'll be on the KEEP ON DOING step!
But let's take a look at November....
I believe we had 17 new people sign up for the UAC in November, and 3 are still posting as of this week. But I'm SO GLAD that y'all have stuck with it!
We also have 3 people who are only 1 day away from finishing the month of November having used 0 Pass Days!!
What a HUGE accomplishment!! 🎈🥳

Kudos!! And if you haven't already, please give a shout and let us know if you're going to be in the Winner's Circle or if you'll be a Champion for November.
I hope that everyone's signed up to join us in December. If you haven't done so yet, you can do that here: https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/141911-ultimate-accountability-challenge-december-20215 -

Finishing November with a yes-yes-yes day thankfully.
Walked the dog, tracked everything and stayed under.
See you all in December!
Huge congratulations to all winner’s circle and champion’s list members!!!!9 -
I’m still here. No winners circle for me. Have been tracking again the last couple days so at least I’m moving in the right direction.13

Exercise – yes
Tracking – yes
Calories – yes
It’s good to see so many people still with us at the end of the month – and really good to see folks who strayed for a while and returned and are doing it again!
I think the “Keep on doing” is a good place to be. It’s not always helpful to think in terms of a “success” because most of us have to keep on being careful, perhaps for ever.
If you let yourself think “I’ve done it!” it’s so easy to slide backwards.

3 x yes today. I had a great session on my bike simulator Fulgaz. I tried to ride one of the training courses for the triathlon I want to do again. I had to bail after 2 hours because my pulse wasn't behaving itself and staying too high but I got over the main hills so I'm happy about that.
3 pass days used.
Thanks everyone for running and postling. The group really helped me keep focused this month so thanks :-)
See you all next month (in 45 minutes time for me lol)

✅ Exercise for the day is done. Hours and hours of freezing rain today until 2 pm. I did a long walk on the treadmill thinking I wouldn’t be able to get an outdoor walk in. It warmed up significantly once the rain stopped and the sun came out. I was able to get the dog out for a longer walk too — so steps galore!
✅ Tracked it all including pre-tracking an after rehearsal snack for later.
✅ Well under at this point; we had our main meal at lunch today.
Heading out soon to The Messiah dress rehearsal. We are performing an abbreviated Messiah next week for a small audience of family and “immediate bubble” contacts only in a very large well ventilated concert venue.
I didn’t set out to have a “no pass days” month and a couple of times it came close and I had to force myself to do the 20+ minutes of exercise (which, except for two days, always ended up being more). The “new” immune suppression meds are making me physically ill most days. It is easy to not overeat when I feel like this; though my body really craves sweet and salt during these periods. My ginger tea is a godsend, and the Kerr’s ginger candies are 20 calories each.
This month has been the hardest yet. Thinking positive thoughts… Onwards.

Wow made it close call for today. Did strength work flexibility and rowed like a crazy person… needed to get rid of the beer calories I think I did. My pace is holding steady at 4.5mph do hope to increase. Overall a good day and kudos to all who are still here this is not an easy challenge by any stretch of the imagination but one that makes you think and hopefully make good choices don’t give up stay the course😊8

❌✅✅ Again, not feeling well, so I'm working from home (mostly sleeping, lol) and did not exercise. Not much of an appetite either, so I did stay under goal.

Well, I lost about a pound this month but it’s getting to be that time of the month so who knows how much water weight I’m carrying.
Because of thanksgiving week’, (last week) and ‘shark week’, (this week) I’ve been keeping it at maintenance calories. This has really helped avoid binges but progress is slow… most importantly my relationship with food has improved 👏
✅ exercise - really didn’t fancy it today but I promised myself 15 minutes and did 20 plus loads of walking.
✅ calories - under maintenance
✅ tracking9 -

Bring on December.7 -
Thanks for that visual reminder @Mrs_Hoffer and feel better!
3 yeses for me and like @mshawski I'm ready for Dec too6 -
I like that picture also @Mrs_Hoffer; I'm on the 'Try' step. Hope you feel better soon.
Yes x 3 for me today. And this entry makes me a Champion! I'm actually very excited bc usually I quit reporting bc I'm ashamed. Proud of myself for committing to post in here every day, even if it wasn't a very good month. Thanks to all for the encouragement. Last month it was very enlightening to realize that quite a few people didn't succeed at first but eventually they got there. That was my "light bulb" moment. Then I made a goal to show up and post every day for November and I met it!
Congrats to all the Winners and Champions this month!11 -

Yes x3
Ended my month on a 45min jog and my 1st hill jog too. I had to stop and walk a few times up it but all good the main thing is I braved it and I feel so great for it!! After pelvic issues I never thought I would be able to jog but I'm up to my 3rd week of jogging 5 days a week. First time I jogged the earliest i could get on the road was 6.45am and I could only manage a few minutes now I'm out of the house by 5.20am and am doing 45min! Feeling very proud and grateful that I'm able to do it..
Another great month to u all!! See u again in December!!! Xo

Wow, so many UACers ending the month with 3 Yesses, you are all an inspiration!
I on the other hand decided to be lazy and not track. 🤭
Did I stay within calories? - I think so but not entirely sure.
Exercise- it was raining out and I was feeling like I was getting a cold, so I decided to stay inside and use our treadmill. (Besides, I did that 7 mile run yesterday. ☺)
Treadmill- a 30 minute walk plus a 2 mile jog. 🙂
