Exercise: I had an oil change this evening and instead of sitting around waiting I went on a 40 minute power walk. The cold wind stung my face, but otherwise I moved fast enough to keep warm. I use the time productively AND I got to skip the gym!
Tracking:
Calories: I still haven't got the hang of increasing my calories to a maintenance level, but I suppose losing a few extra pounds will give me a buffer for holiday eating.3 -
Exercise: lots of walking in the sunshine (to the point that i didn't neeed to also do my exergame ... I will be making TWO rainbows tomorrow )

In Goal: no bouts adout it THIS time! (see my entry from Dec 2 inside spoiler if you don't know what I am talking about)Exercise: well over 10,100 steps (exergame plus outdoor walking plus general walking AND an extra 100 cals (10 minutes) on the stationary bike.
Logged: everything, including the weighed (but more costly than expected) Doritos. Haven't had Doritos in an looooong time ....
In Goal: ????? Maybe someone else with a fitbit can help me out or explain .... I was in the red by 74 calories - did a 100 calorie ride on my stationary bike - logged it into MFP and all it did was shift 100 cals out of the "earned by fitbit steps" into a new new line, so ZERO NET CHANGE despite the ride?
I have a Fitbit One (only registers steps, that I know of). IF I could get it and MFP to recognize the 100 cal bike ride as additional burn, I would be ~25 cals in the GREEN (and no pass used)
If it can't be done, then I have used an unplanned pass day
I am calling it as 1 Pass Used for now, but would appreciate knowing if there is a way to correct ....1 -

@BMcC9 My fitbit did the same thing, and I never could figure out that "fitbit math", I finally disconnected my fitbit from MFP because I found it frustrating! Lol. Good luck to you!4 -

- Miracle Morning daily.
- yoga and strength training at least 3x weekly (Strength training WILL happen this month)

I had a food blowout today. It wasn't planned and when I went over I didn't think I had to keep going. It was a set of circumstances that I won't make a norm.
